unconditionally expressing consent to the owner of the site, the Private Company Artsofte.KZ Limited, BIN 220540900218 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), operating at the address: Kazakhstan, Astana, Esil area, Kerey Street, Zhanibek Khandar, building 18, apt. 1, postal code Z05K4F8.
to collect and process personal data, namely the following categories of personal data:
Name, Second Name, Patronymic;
phone number;
E-mail;
cookies;
IP-address.
Cookies and IP-address come in the form of impersonal data, which allows me to use the functionality of the Site fully, in the most convenient way. I understand, that I have the right to disable the collection of anonymized IP-address and cookies information through the settings of the browser used by me, but it can limit the operation of some functionality of the Site.
I give my consent to actions performed by the Operator with personal data stipulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 № 94-V «On personal data and its protection», namely: collection, accumulation, transfer, storage, change, addition, access, use, depersonalization, blocking and destruction of my personal data.
All entered information on the Site is transmitted in encrypted form.
1. By providing this Consent, I:
1.1. confirm that all the data he has provided belong to him personally;
1.2. сonfirm and acknowledges that he has carefully read this Consent and the terms of processing of his personal data indicated in the fields of the form (registration), the text of the consent and the terms of processing of personal data he understands;
1.3. express consent to the personal data processing policy posted on the Site at https://artsofte.com/consent-user-eng ;
1.4. confirm that in case of specifying information about other persons in the data and documents provided by me, I transfer personal data with the consent of these persons to the Operator;
1.5. сonfirm that I am familiar with the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 № 94-V «On personal data and their protection», the rights and obligations in the field of personal data protection are known to him.
2. I understand that purposes of providing personal data are:
- conclusion of any service, work, license and other civil contracts with the Operator and their further execution;
- providing with access to the personalized resources of the Site;
- providing with information about software products, works, services of the Operator or its partners (by his direct request, in accordance with the data of the form he filled in);
- receipt of advertising, informational mailings of the Operator about its products, works, services, events, to which I subscribe by sending the forms on the Site;
- establishing feedback with me, including sending notices, requests regarding the use of the Site, provision of services, performance of works, fulfillment of conditions of the Operator's license agreement-offer, processing of requests and applications from me;
- providing with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Site.
3. I am agree that for the purposes mentioned above the Operator in the order established by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan has the right to assign some actions with the personal data to third parties on condition that they undertake to ensure security of personal data during their processing and prevention of disclosure of personal data. Herewith such third parties have the right to perform actions (operations) with my personal data, similar to the actions, which the Operator is entitled to perform.
4. I understand, that this Consent is valid until directly withdrawn by me, but in any case until the goals of personal data processing are achieved.
I understand that this Consent may be withdrawn by submitting an application to the Operator's e-mail address (E-mail) hello@artsofte.com or to the address: Kazakhstan, Astana, Esil area, Kerey Street, Zhanibek Khandar, building 18, apt. 1, postal code Z05K4F8.
5. I understand that this Consent is deemed to be executed in simple written form.
6. I am notified that the Operator has the right to continue processing of personal data without his consent in cases stipulated by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7. The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall apply to this Agreement and the relations between me and the Operator arising in connection with the application of this Consent.
